Quote Templates | Quotes | We are always looking to improve both the aesthetic and the functionality available within our quote templates. Work has been undertaken which is the start of our journey towards a quote template builder and you may see some subtle changes to the display when interacting with quotes. This work will continue in the background and when the quote template builder functionality is released we’ll look forward to showcasing this to you. |
TProfile Releases into Live | Platform | In order to remove any disruption to your interaction with the platform we have introduced a new way of releasing features, functionality and defects into the Live environment. Any deployments to Live will now be seamless with no noticeable outage or lag whilst you are working in TProfile, or across any of our Customers' websites. This will allow us to continually release, at any point in the day, safe in the knowledge that you won’t be impacted. |
Cruise Critic Feed | Cruise | We have introduced an ability to tailor the data you want to feed to Cruise Critic allowing segmentation of specific Operators, Regions, Types, Ships, Ports and Airports all using flexible date ranges, without impacting how these are sold on Customer websites. Luggage Options on Flight - now available as free-type | Quotes | Utilising a toggle in the Edit Flight section there is now an ability to add free-type text to in the Baggage Allowance Description. If you prefer to just use the KG concept you can toggle this back off.  |
BCC an email from History | CRM | You now have an option to enter an email address in the ‘bcc’ field when generating emails from the History section within the platform. This is available on both ‘Create an email from a template’ and the ‘Blank email’ radio button options.  |
Out of Office - Admin | Business Tools | If an Agent user has not setup an Out of Office prior to going on leave, we have introduced the ability for this to managed by Admin Users on their behalf. Through the ‘Business Tools’ an Admin user can now create Out of Office responses and select a user(s) to apply these too.  |
White-spacing on New Customers | Customers | We have introduced a change to automatically remove any white-spacing after Customer Names which previously led to duplicate Customer records in some instances. If you accidentally add a space after your Customers name, it will be removed when clicking create. |
