Go to your live version of Tprofile :

Ad Add your customer to TProfile

  1. Click on ‘All Enquiries’ in the top navigation

  2. Use an existing enquiry or create a new one). You can search for an existing client by beginning to type in names.

  3. When creating a new customer, there is a tick box to enable creation of an online account which customers can log into. We are NOT using this at moment so leave unticked.

  4. When you have created a new customer or searched for an existing one, click on ‘NEXT’

  5. Here you have an enquiry form which is used to populate the customer history and provide a summary of the initial enquiry.

6. When that is completed click on ‘CREATE’. This will create the enquiry and take you to the specific enquiry page for this customer.

iii. ‘ADD YOUR OWN’ is for you to add your own hotel details. you can not add images.

You can add on additional components

o   Cruise – Free-Type – good for a mini cruise

o   Miscellaneous – Free Type

o   Car Hire – Free text in boxes with pick up and drop off location, heading, overview and car type – the Suppliers are on a drop-down box which you would have needed to add into platform settings – General – Supplier Manager - **Ask management

o   Transfers - Same as car hire

o   Attraction Ticket, Excursions and Escorted Tours – Free-Type - the Suppliers are on a drop-down box which you would have needed to add into platform settings – General – Supplier Manager -**ask management

o   Rail – Departure and arrival point are on a drop-down box start typing the station you require – all the rest are FREE Type - – the Supplier are on a drop-down box which you would have needed to add into platform settings – General – Supplier Manager - **Ask management
