Password Reset - Request Failed With Status Code 400

When attempting to reset a user’s password and seeing the red error message reading “Request Failed With Status Code 400” this is usually because that user exists in the system as both a customer and agent. Its vital that when an agent adds their details as a customer to TProfile they use a different user name and password to their agent or admin details in order to keep accounts separate.

In the event you cannot reset a password due to this issue, simply changing the customer email address (even temporarily) so that there is no duplicate details will allow you to then reset the password.
