Summary
In this latest update, we've focused on more changes around hotels and also improved some of the Dashboard functionality. The continuation of our platform performance enhancements has also been important, as we harden the platform, aware that ‘peaks’ is fast approaching and stability becomes a stronger focus.

Enquiry Bulk Update and Delete | CRM | The filters available on the ‘bulk change’ feature of the Dashboard have been extended to include ‘Brand’ and ‘Branch’. There is also now a ‘Delete Enquiry’ button which will delete all selected enquiries in bulk.

Budget added to csv download  | CRM | ‘Budget’ has been added to the final column of the csv download and is now available as a reportable value |

Quote Image Improvement and Multi-select | Quotes | Continuing on from our previous release we have now standardised the image tab on accommodation. There is now a ‘multi-select’ feature mitigating the need to add images one at a time reducing your clicks.

Formatting of ‘What’s Included/What’s not Included' and ‘Comments’  | Quotes | Following feedback on the inability to have some comments and inclusions/exclusions to be amplified to a Customers view we have added formatting to allow this to happen. Comments in certain sections of the platform aswell as the ‘What’s Included' and ‘What’s not Included' can now be changed to Bold and can also have links added. It’s important to note that usability of this new feature is being enhanced to optimise usability. We’ll follow on with an improvement in the next Release. |
Enquiry usability | CRM | We have introduced some optimisation on the Dashboard to improve enquiry load times in real time when changes are made. |
G Adventures Ripple Score | Quotes | The styling of the renowned G Adventures Ripple Score has been updated to accommodate a design change from G Adventures  |
