Product Manager will allow administrators and central marketing teams to create specific products/itineraries and save them in TProfile. These products can range from simple single stays with excursions, multi-centre itineraries with a large number of components, single cruise products with some additional components, back-to-back cruises and so much more. Once these products have been created they can then be pulled directly into quotes.

Step Two - Dashboard⮕ Business Tools ⮕Product Manager
Click on ADD PRODUCT
Name - Name of your itinerary
Product Code - Create a product code for your records and this can be used when the agents pull in the product via ‘Quote Builder
Categories -Use the drop-down and select the category to match the template you are building that you entered in step one
Destinations - Use the drop-down to enter the destination to match your template
Brand - If you have multi=brands select the brand you want the template to associate with or leave blank for all brands
Status - Select the status - Live means - available to quote Draft - means not viewable yet.

Edit Details - To edit step two details
Edit Product - Select this option to create your template and once created you will be able to edit
Clone Product - This will allow you to clone(copy) a template you have already created and adjust it accordingly
