Log in to your TProfile Lite Client account.
Navigate to the "Enquiries" or "New Enquiry" section.
Look for an option or button that says "Add New Enquiry"
The "New Enquiry" tab can be found in two locations:
On the tab at the top of the screen.
On your dashboard under enquiries.
You can use an existing enquiry or create a new one. Begin typing names to search for an existing enquiry.
Here are the required fields for creating an enquiry:
Title: Optional
First name: Compulsory
Last name: Recommended
Email: Compulsory
Phone: Optional
Address: Optional
After adding the details, click "Next" to proceed to the next page.
This enquiry form populates the customer history and summarizes the initial enquiry. Currently, only the dates are mandatory, but we recommend selecting an 'enquiry type' and filling in all necessary details for your records."
Here are the required fields for creating your customer holiday requirements:
Date: Compulsory - Specify either a date range or specific dates.
Adult: Optional - Use the plus and minus signs to indicate the number of adult passengers.
Children and Infants: Optional - Use the plus and minus signs to indicate the number of children passengers. When the additional pop-up box appears, enter their ages.
Products: Ignore
When booking: Optional - Use the drop-down box to select the timescale when the passenger wishes to book.
Source: Optional -Where did your client come from? (e.g., social media, etc.)
Type: Optional - What type of enquiry is it? (e.g., call, website, etc.)
Budget: Optional - Did the customer provide a budget?
Suppliers: Ignore
Enquiry types - All Optional
Click on these options, and a pop-up box will appear to add additional information. Use the drop-down to select.
Cruise: > cruise region > cruise operators > cruise ships > cruise departure port >cruise type > number of cabins>departure airport
Hotel: > destination > hotel > number of rooms
Hotel & Flights: destination > departure airport> hotel > number of rooms
Add any other inforamtion box

Once completed, click on 'CREATE'. This action will generate the enquiry and direct you to the specific enquiry page for this customer.
At the top of the page, you will find customer contact details and a summary of the enquiry details.
