New ‘Useful Information’ section | CRM | In order to increase your ability to self-serve, we’ve introduced a new area on the platform on the top menu bar. ‘Useful Information’ depicted by a question mark symbol will be built out moving forward. User Download | Business Tools | To improve your control and visibility of users within the system we’ve added a new ‘csv Download’ feature allowing you to download all your user data entered into the system.  |
