Summary
In this latest update, we've made significant improvements to enhance the overall performance and usability of our platform. These changes are designed to offer you a smoother, more efficient experience, while addressing some of the key issues reported by our users. There are also some new features that we are excited to share with you, especially our new AI assistant on quotes.

AI on Quotes
| Quotes | To both increase your customers excitement around their trip and to enable them to self-serve with Destination Content, we’ve introduced a new AI assistant to all quotes. If you have the ‘Show Destination Information’ checkbox checked against any of your itinerary leg components, you’ll notice a new There are some pre-defined ‘quick questions’ to get you started and an ability to ask the AI anything related to the Destination(s) your Customers are travelling to. This new feature needs to be switched on by us, so if you would like this enabled please raise a Support Ticket.

AI on Quotes (cont.)
| Quotes | Do you ever find yourself unsure of what to write in the Overview section of a quote? If so, our new AI assistant can help you with that. The new AI assistant will review the entire itinerary for the dates, days, itinerary legs and the destinations and will return a comprehensive overview of your Customers trip for you to use. It maybe that you want to amend some of it, or even use it as reference material for inspiration to make your own changes. When you’re finished, the overview can be saved and also has a new audio feature to enable this to be played and paused at leisure.

Password Protection on Documents
| Documents | For Customers with our Documentation module switched on, we’ve introduced an ability to further secure your Documents to Customers by adding an optional ‘Password Protect’ feature. You’re able to toggle this on and off by Document and set your own password that you can share with your Customer.

Bulk User Import
| CRM | To simplify the steps and time taken when creating a bulk of new users we’ve created an upload feature in the ‘Users’ section of the platform. If you have multiple users to create in the platform this can now be done using a simple ‘Import’ tool. To help you understand the format your user data needs to be in, you’re able to download an excel template to complete before re-uploading the file when ready. Mandatory fields for the upload are First Name, Last Name, Username and Email Address - all the other fields are optional

Pipeline on Enquiry Dashboard
| CRM | We have improved the logic that was being used to calculate the value in the Pipeline on the Enquiry Dashboard. In addition to the logic we have also made a small change to the date filters to ensure this captures all enquiries within the specified selection. |
Pasted HTML breaking pages
| Quotes | Aware that some customers copy and paste some content into TProfile, we’ve relaxed some of the rules around pasting HTML into various areas of the system. You should now be able to continue pasting as you did previously without pages freezing up or formatting dropping.
