Summary
In this latest update, we've focused on usability of the platform with changes made in key areas such as hotels and quotes. We’ve also continued our good work on platform performance enhancements with Dashboard loading speeds given some attention. These changes are designed to offer you a smoother, more efficient experience, while addressing some of the key issues reported by our users.

Description on a Pricing Option
| Quotes | We have introduced an ability to add a description to your pricing options on quotes. This will allow you to share a little more information with your customers directly related to pricing should you choose to. Do you want to emphasise that ‘free child place’ or that you’ve price matched from somewhere; you can now do it here.

Cruise Ship Name added to the ‘What’s included' area
| Quotes | To make the ‘What’s included' a little more user friendly we’ve added some default text for every Cruise that’s added to a quote. Previously, a 3 night cruise would have read as; ‘3 night cruise'. Now, the Cruise will appear with the Cruise Ship name dynamically populated based on the Cruise selected.

Drag and Drop Images
| Quotes | In a previous release we enabled the ability for you to drag and drops images on Hotels. We have now taken that a step further and increased this ability across other itinerary leg components. Miscellaneous, Car Hire, Transfers, Attraction Tickets, Excursions, Escorted Tours and Rail all now have this available.

Rooms on a Booking - Summary
| Bookings | If you’re adding multiple rooms at a time to a booking, we have now expanded on the feature of bulk cloning, with a Summary panel to enable you to quickly refer to the number of rooms you’ve added.

Comments on Quote Itinerary Leg Components
| Quotes | There is now an ability to add comments to Itinerary Leg Components and make these visible to your customers. The functionality was there previously but was not fully switched on.
Important note - Only comment types of ‘General’ are able to shown on the quotes. |

Quote Details - Media
| Quotes | We have improved the ease of adding and previewing images in the Quote Detail using the Media section tab. Images can now be added with fewer clicks, and by hovering over them, can be previewed or deleted. The images are also now slightly bigger to allow for better visibility when being selected. As a note. The Quote Details - Media, selection will only work on quote layouts where a banner is not present.

Adding Images to Itinerary Leg Components (Accommodation)
| Quotes | Previously adding imagery to itinerary leg components created by you, was a little clunky. We’ve streamlined this to reduce the clicks needed to drop the imagery onto your component. A multi-select option is available without the need for the ‘update images’ button that was there previously.

Standardisation of Image selection
| Quotes | Different itinerary leg components previously had different ways to select and add imagery. These buttons have now been standardised across all leg types (apart from Flights, Cruise and Accommodation) to allow a consistency when creating content for quotes. Itinerary leg components that allow images to be added, will all now have their own ‘images’ tab along the top panel when creating or editing itinerary leg components. |
Single Image Itinerary Leg Components | Quotes | We have made some improvements to the aesthetics of itinerary leg components with only 1 image. They now appear increased in size to remove white space from within the quote |
Dashboard Load Time Speeds | CRM | We’ve completed some back end optimisations that are allowing the Dashboard statistics to load on the screen much quicker. You will see a noticeable difference in the dynamic population of headline dashboard details when navigating around the Dashboard and filtering on enquiries. |
