RELEASE NOTES

TProfile 22.1


The notes below provide a summary of the components included in the above release. If you require any clarification be that for technical or training purposes please contact Kerrie (kerrie@tprofile.co.uk) to assist and arrange a call if required.


We have added all-new features to the release notes from the last few months therefore some you may have already seen, we apologise for this and the delay in getting the release notes out to you   


Component/FixDetails
Customers

We have made it possible for you to add customers into TProfile with the need for them to have an enquiry. We have also increased the speed of the customer page.



Enquiry Speed Increase

We have improved the speed in which the enquiries load in the back office
Last Action Bug FixWe have fixed the issue with the last action on the enquiry
Destination Video

You can now add a video to 'Destination Manager'. We will also be adding videos from tourist boards from popular countries, regions and cities. An example of this is here:

Featured Destinations

You can now specify featured destinations on your front end destinations page. An example of this is here:

Friendly Name and Images for Enquiries, Quotes and Bookings

We have given you the ability to add a friendly name and banner/tile images to an enquiry, quote and booking. This is to allow your customers an easier method of understanding which enquiry, quote or booking they are viewing or switching to when navigating the portal.

Please Note: Tile image is used in the portal area for a great customer experience. This will not change anywhere on the customer quote.

Friendly Name to enter on the enquiry details, this does not capture over to the quote title

Banner / Tiles will automatically be selected when the destination is entered, you can change the image by unticking the box and selecting a destination.

You can change the images in enquiry details, and quotes  

Enquiry Category

You can add enquiry categorise in platform settings  > Enquiries > Enquiry Categories and add them to your enquiries should you wish.

Go into Enquiry details > Category to select  

Email Attachments & Documents

You can now add attachments to emails sent via TProfile. These get stored in the documents section of the enquiry and can be made visible to the customer on their travel portal if required. Attachment files types which are accepted are .doc, .docx, .png, .jpg, .pdf and they can have a maximum file size of 2mb.

You can see any attachments in history on the quote details 

Any attachments will capture over to 'DOCS' 

On 'DOCS' you can change the name or make Visible To Customer in the customer portal area 

Send SMS using Twilio

TProfile can send/receive SMS through Twilio. To do so, Tenants need to set up their own Twilio account and pass some authentication codes to configure in TProfile.

Once this has been set up, you will be able to send and receive SMS, view them in the enquiry history as well as send email notifications to the assigned sales agent. You can also manage things such as the sender name or phone number from within Twilio.

Updated Destination Content

We have imported much more destination content that can be used throughout your customer journey. We have examples here:

Quote Template NamesYou can now manage your quote template names within the platform settings. You can also create new layouts should you with however you might require some support with this so please get in touch if this is the case and we will be happy to help.
New Climate GraphWe have improved our climate graphs for quotes and destination pages. An example can be seen on this quote under Cape Town: https://demo.tprofile.com/your-quote/1aa6eed4-df17-4aaf-5e7e-08d9d9cc946d
Supplier Manager UpdateWe have added an option for you to sort all the supplier's details like contact number, address, notes, references. You can add their terms and conditions URL to tag to the customer quote if required - use the tick box to enable this. You can also add the billing details.
Digi-friendly, Whatsapp, Messenger and more

We have added a button on quotes that allows agents to simply copy the quote link (URL). This link can then be used to paste into different applications, such as WhatsApp , messenger and other social media.

So, you still have the option to send your quote via email, and now a second option to copy and send by another method.

You can also use this method to create a quote and a link, with no customer names included, that you can post on Facebook to promote products and raise the profile of your business.

You will see this on the customer quote at the top as shown below.

Content Manager > Website ManagerWe have changed the name of 'Content Manager' to 'Website Manager'
URL Paths

We have built out functionality to allow you to nest pages within the CMS. What’s more, the page URL path will also respect this structure, meaning you can create URL paths such as this:

Previously this page would have had a URL like this:
