We have update our core admin & agent menu. The main changes are adding a front end ‘Search’ to view content, and extracting the content items from Business Tools to a new ‘Manage’ dropdown.

TProfile Travel Itineraries
(Previously Products)

We are renaming Products to TProfile Travel Inineraries. With TProfile Travel Itineraries, you can create a range of complex travel itineraries for internal or external use. Once create, an agent can create a quote from this in seconds. They can also be used to drive a front end website.

Accommodation (Previously Hotels)

We’re changing the name of our Hotels section to Accommodation.

Things To Do
(Previously Destination Linked Content)

Destination Linked Content is becoming Things To Do. This section of our platform contains content which really brings travel to life. It could be attractions, places of interest, events or excursions. They can can have a commercial angle or they can be just informational. They can be pulled into travel itineraries, quotes or shown on your website or through our App and we will be adding 3rd party providers over the coming months so watch this space!

Taxonomy Terminology

We have introduced more taxonomy options to the platform. This will allow you to control the names of 'Itineraries', 'Accommodations' and 'Things To Do' as well as your Sales Specialist. This will only be public facing, terminology across the admin area of TProfile will be retained.

G Adventures Itineraries

We have integrated G Adventures as a tour provider. We can make their Itineraries available to your team by request and with authorisation from G Adventures. If you would like to start using these, please get in touch.

We have recently become ATAS members and will be integrating the following tour providers in the coming weeks and months.

Core Templates

We have introduced core templates. As we expand our Itinerary providers, its important to retain set templates which showcase their itineraries in the best possible way. You will begin to see more core templates added to the platform over the next few months. In some cases these will be locked to ensure consistence.

Itinerary Specific Templates

We have give you the ability to set Itinerary templates. These are used on the front end of TProfile so tenants running their websites with us can set different templates for different itineraries if they wish.

Itinerary Duration

We have added duration to the filter options on Itineraries

Itinerary URL Query String

You can now pass a query string to the URL to land customers on a specific set of filtered itinerary results

Itinerary Search Retention

We have added search retentions which means when browsing itineries, when a users clicks into an itinerary, if they click back they will be in the same place as before on the search results.

Itinerary Caching

We have added itinerary caching to the itinerary details page. This has vastly improved speed for the end user.
