If you using your own Mandrill account to ensure tprofile is notified about email events you will need to make the following update:
Login to Mandrill and navigate to Settings > Webhooks
Click the '+ Add a Webhook'
Select the following trigger events
In the 'Post to URL' box enter one of your domains for any brand and add /api/emails/inbound-event e.g. https://demo.tprofile.com/api/emails/inbound-event
Set any description you like.
Click 'Create Webhook'
