Mandrill Email - Events/Tracking (Own Account Setup)

If you’re using your own Mandrill account to ensure TProfile is notified about email events you will need to make the following update:

1. Login to Mandrill and navigate to Settings > Webhooks

2. Click the '+ Add a Webhook'

3. Select the following trigger events

   Open

   

4. In the 'Post to URL' box enter one of your domains for any brand and add /api/emails/inbound-event e.g. https://demo.tprofile.com/api/emails/inbound-event

5. Set any description you like.

6. Click 'Create Webhook'
