Enquiries dashboard

We have made some functionality and visual updates to our enquiry dashboard. You can now edit both the status and agent by clicking on them.

You can also update both of these in bulk by using the check box on the left hand side.

You will now also be able to filter enquiries by the following:

Statuses can be colour coded

You will also notice that you can now colour code your statuses. To control your statuses and edit the colours go to Business Tools > Platform Settings > Enquiries > Enquiry Status

Edit Status > pick the required colour

Bulk target quote chasers

With the above bulk status edit in place this functionality now enables you to send bulk quote chasers to customers who haven’t, as yet opened their quotes. If you would like us to set this up for you, please get in touch.

Quote agent warning

We have added a warning notification to the ‘quote send’ process to alert an agent if they are trying to send a quote which doesn’t have an assigned agent.
