Quote Itinerary Time Picker | We have updated the time picker on quotes based on your feedback. The new picker will allow you to free type the time and will work from the end users machine clock with regards to AM/PM. The customer version of your quote will remain set to your business preference. You can also get a dropdown by clicking the clock icon. |
Discount Manager & Reporting | You can now log a discount reason which gets added to the enquiry data export for full reporting. Discount reasons can me managed within platform settings:

Email - Unassigned history | For customers who use your own email addresses within TProfile, we have built a page to give your admin team visibility of emails which have come in to your send email but we haven’t been able to match Business Tools > Unassigned History |
TProfile Products
These updates will only affect clients who use our product manager to create itineraries for pulling into quotes or to promote on their website.
Component/Fix | Details |

Product Categories | We have updated our core holiday categories. When managing your own holiday categories for products, try to select one or two which best match the product you’re creating. This will enable a better customer experience across the platform. |
Product URL | We have improved the URL structure of our products which will help from a consumer and SEO perspective. The new format is: Title / Product Ref 7-night-uk-cruise-from-southampton-tprofileabc123 (for example) |
Clone Products | You can now clone products. Simply navigate to product manager and you will see the option there to clone. When cloning you can also set a new start date which will update all of the dates on your itinerary. |
Sort by Weight (Recommended) | You can now order your products using the weight setting within product manager. The higher it is set, the higher the product will be listed in the search results when set to sort by recommended.

Product search results | We have given you the ability to add a line of text to support or replace the start date and the price. This means the same search result can look like the following examples: |
Product notes | You can now add notes on a product:

Website Updates
These updates will only be available to clients who have a travel or cruise website with us and we would have to build them in on an individual basis. If you would like any of this new functionality, please get in touch.

Blog | We can now build out blog posts within TProfile. We can cover posts, tags, authors, dates all on your route domain. If you would be interested in a TProfile blog, please get in touch. |
Banner Management | We have built an easier way to manage banners. This would need to be configured on your website but if this is something you would like, please let us know. |
Destination Management | You can now manage destinations on your front end site with a destination picker rather than just using HTML |
Affiliate Phone Number | We have built a solution for you to switch the phone number on your website so you can track the enquiry source. Phone numbers and their source are managed in platform settings, under Business Tools. Again, this would need setting up on the front end of your website should you wish to use this functionality.
