Quote and Product Manager

We have made some updates to our product and quote editor.

You can now add a gallery of images, tour map (image) and video to your products. You will see these on a new tab called 'Media' on the main editing section or quotes and products.

Please note, these currently won’t automatically pull through to quotes, especially if you have bespoke templates, they will need to added on request. We will be looking to add them to our core quote templates over the next few weeks.

Product Meta Tags

We have introduced Product Meta Tags. These can be used in a range of unique ways to your business to organise your suite of products. You can add to them directly on the product and manage all tags in the platform settings.

Product Search

Products are available through a front-end search on the website.

Product Sharing

You have the ability to share your products with other TProfile users should you wish, or import 3rd party providers' products (subject to agreement) to your solution.

These can be used on a front end TProfile website or pulled into a quote.

Comments on Quotes

You now have the ability to add comments to Quote legs, similar to Bookings. These will be passed to across to a booking when you convert a quote. There is also comment types which can be managed in platform gettings.

Example comments could be things such as in resort charges or covid restrictions etc…

Message Attachments

Customers can now reply with attachments which will be stored on the enquiry.

Booking Passenger Fields

Within the booking section of TProfile we have add fields to store a customers Nationality & Passport Issue Date.

View Count to Enquiry Export

We have added the quote ‘view count’ to our enquiry export feed

Cruise Video

On cruise quotes, we have added a cruise ship video where available
