Summary
In this latest update, we've made significant improvements to enhance the overall performance and usability of our platform. These changes are designed to offer you a smoother, more efficient experience, while addressing some of the key issues reported by our users. There are also some new features that we are excited to share with you, especially our new AI assistant on quotes.
New Features & Functionality | Platform Area | Details |

User Groups
| CRM | We have introduced an ability to group your agents into User Groups in this latest release. Whether you are looking to segment by region, tier, band or any other grouping idea you may have, it’s now available in the platform. Whether it’s top level user groups such as Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze sellers, or you would like to drill down further into regions for stores such as North > Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle / South > Bath, Oxford, Bristol; this new feature enables you to do this.
You can filter on the Dashboard using the User Groups you’ve created to view enquiries belonging to the agents assigned to User Groups for a quick view. To ensure you’re able to report on this also, the new User Group functionality has been extended to the CSV download and can be filtered according to your needs.
If you choose to delete a User Group any agents assigned to the User Group will be automatically unassigned on deletion.

Quick Action buttons
| Quotes | To increase usability whilst in a quote there is now a new ‘Quick Action' panel that allows you to manage the quote at any point without the need to scroll up and down through the page. Key actions such as Edit Quote, Send Quote, Copy URL and Add a New Leg have been wrapped into a new, slick side panel that will appear as you scroll down the quote.

Enquiry Friendly names
| Enquiries / Customers | An enquiry friendly name will now automatically be set for you on enquiries, where a destination and date are added. Don’t worry if you’ve set your own however, we won’t overwrite it.
To assist in identifying a Customers specific enquiry, when viewing the Customers enquiry record, the Friendly name will now be visible as a new column.
We’ve also updated the styling in this tab for consistency with the Enquiry Dashboard |
Disable Map Toggle
| Quotes | Maps on the quotes can now be disabled prior to sending to the customer. We’re aware that not all itinerary legs have the required longitude and latitude easily available to allow the pin to appear correctly in sequence. As a result we’ve added the option for you to switch this off prior to sending should you choose to.

Longitude and Latitude
| Quotes | Whilst longitude and latitude are provided from certain suppliers and can also be added to hotels you create yourselves in the Accommodation Manager, we identified this could be made easier. On the following itinerary leg components you’ll now be able to add both the longitude and latitude directly to the itinerary leg in the quote. This allows for correct sequencing on the map - Accommodation, Excursion, Miscellaneous, Attraction or Escorted Tour.

| CRM | We are continually optimising our ‘behind the scenes’ calls to ensure your data is served to you in the quickest possible time. We’ve released several changes to improve the load speed in this release. |
