Summary
In this latest update, we've improved some user features and also increased functionality on some of our key platform areas. We’ve also continued to focus on stability and reliability as whilst trading may have slowed from January, it’s still incredibly busy.
Be sure to read all the way through these Release notes, as some upcoming changes have been summarised at the foot of the page which we’ll release very soon and could drive questions.
New Features & Functionality | Platform Area | Details |

Branch Users | Branches | For our Customers who have access to the Branches feature, we have extended the functionality to enable Branches to group and refine visibility of enquiries across their Branches for users. Users can now be assigned to one or more Branches, limiting the visibility of enquiries to those Branch employees only.

Modified date (API) | Enquiries | It’s now possible to filter by the Modified Date on the TProfile API. |

External ID on Users
| CRM | To assist customers running multiple systems we have built a new External ID input box on Users. This allows for an External ID (potentially from another system) to be added for consistency

Flight Search whilst editing Products | Products | Following the successful roll out of our Low Cost Carrier Flight search, we’ve integrated this into our Products area. You are now able to utilise the Flight Search when editing individual flight legs within your Products. |
File Manager Sizes | CRM | In order to help manage your File Manager (where applicable) we’ve introduced a ‘size’ column to help you track your folder/file sizes.

Password ‘Resend Link’ | CRM | We’ve improved the Password Reset process following feedback. There is now a ‘Resend Link’ button if for any reason the password reset email fails. |

Upcoming Features
Trade Manager - Agent Search Selector
We’ll be introducing an improved Search function onto New Enquiries to support our customers using Trade Manager. In addition to searching for Customers this change will bring the ability to search for Trade Agents using the ABTA number set in the Trade Agency page, and also Trade Users assigned to those Trade Agents.
‘Create’ Documentation locked down on Bookings
Customers who do not have the Documentation module enabled on the Platform will no longer be able to create Documentation within the platform. The ability to upload, link to File Manager or upload from a URL will remain in place.
