How is my conversion rate calculated on my dashboard?
The conversion rate is calculated using a simple mathematical formula:
Total bookings divided by Total enquiries minus Live enquiries multiplied by 100
Its important to recognise the TProfile system will not include any Live enquiries, so the intention is that we look at enquiries that have reached their conclusion and see how many have converted. So any enquiries with the status “new”, for example, would not be included in that formula.
In this example:
We see that there are 15 enquiries and 7 bookings yet the system indicates a conversion rate of 100%, this is because the other 8 enquires are all live enquiries. In order to ensure the conversion rate remains accurate its vital to keep the status of all your enquiries up to date. If the statuses are not updated to their full conclusion the system cannot give an accurate figure for conversion rate.
