In this latest update, we've focused on improving your ability to capture more information against enquiries aswell as general usability.

 

Did you know you can import quotes from other TProfile customers if you have an agreement in place? Gold Medal, Vista (Hays) and Classic Collections amongst others can be imported, rebranded and shared with your Customers. Enquiry Status Change to Booked

CRM

For customers looking to use the TProfile Booking feature to it’s full capability we’ve added a new checkbox to the Enquiry Status of Booked in platform settings. This means for any customers who choose to check the box, it will no longer be possible to change the status of an enquiry from the Dashboard to ‘Booked’, without converting to a ‘Booking’ through the TProfile workflow.

This is an optional checkbox so for any customers who still wish to allow the toggling of statuses on an enquiry from the Dashboard, you will still be able to do so.

 

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings

  2. Select Enquiries from the left hand column

  3. Select Edit against the ‘Booked’ status

  4. Check the ‘Requires booking status’ checkbox

  5. Click Save

When the checkbox is filled, any user attempting to change the status of an enquiry to ‘Booked’ from the Dashboard will be prevented from doing so and will be displayed with a message. This will help with pipeline and conversion metrics.

Adding a Trade Agency or Trade User from the new enquiry screen

It is now only possible to add new Trade Agencies and Trade Users from within the Trade Manager area of TProfile.

User Import (send password reset)

CRM

The platform has a user import feature for anybody wishing to upload users in bulk. In order to optimise this workflow we have now added a checkbox to send a password reset to any new user added through the Import function.

We’re also pleased to let you know that we’ll soon be launching a new Bookings tab in TProfile.

This will contain all converted bookings in a single area, as an enhancement to the platform so please keep an eye out…..
