Summary
In this latest update, we’re bringing you even more Tour content whilst taking a big step forward with our new Bookings list tab. We’ve also improved some of the functionality around our Trade Manager component.
Did you know you can import quotes from other TProfile customers if you have an agreement in place? Gold Medal, Vista (Hays) and Classic Collections amongst others can be imported, rebranded and shared with your Customers. Just You and Tauck Tours | Quotes |
Tauck Tours and Just You Holidays are now available on the TProfile platform for any customer with a trading agreement with these suppliers. If you’d like either of these providers switching on, please can you raise a Support ticket. | ||||
Bookings List | Bookings | We have now released our new Bookings list tab on your TProfile instance. For any customers converting quotes to bookings these bookings can be found in your Bookings list tab.  | ||||

Deleting a Cruise from a quote | Quotes | Previously deleting a Cruise from a quote could only be done on a leg by leg basis. To improve this process we have now added a toggle against the delete function to enable a single Cruise leg or an entire Cruise from the quote

Adding Trade Users to Trade Agencies | Trade Manager | For our Trade Manager customers we’ve enhanced the ability to quickly add a Trade User to a Trade Agency by enabling a type ahead on the Trade Agencies input field. |
ABTA number now visible on Trade Agencies | Trade Manager | To enable easy identification of a Trade Agency on the Trade Agencies screen we’ve added a new column containing the ABTA number. You no longer need to navigate into the Trade Agency to check the ABTA number. |

We’re also pleased to let you know that in our next release we’ll be upgrading the ‘Contact’ screen within ‘New Enquiry’ to enable you to quickly update Customer details and Contact Preferences.
This will also include a new ‘pop out’ of the Customer contained within the ‘Contact’ page
