Adding Passengers names to the quote | You can now add all passengers names to quotes Select the 'GUESTS' tab on the customer profile and select ADD
Create a new guest or add an existing guest and click ADD
Once created the guest will drop below You can delete, view customer or update by clicking the Edit Tab When you create a quote the passenger's names will fall under the price

Hotel Manager - New Content including Rooms and video (ADMINISTRATORS ONLY) | We have added content to the Hotel Manager under business tools. You can now add Video, supplements and errata information at hotel level as well as specific room content such as images, video, occupancy and supplements.

| New content for quotes under hotels | Please note that new content is only available when added by via Hotel Manager as above and Administrators can advise when this is the case. Video demo for agents showing how this works for quotes is here: Depending on the quote template you use, you might need some custom integration work so if this is the case and you would like to use this functionality, please get in touch. |
| API Documentations | For those customers who use the TProfile API, we have now added API Documentation to the main menu, under Business Tools. This provides all the information any external developer who may wish to pass data or content into TProfile.
