Component/FixDetails

Clone a quote to the same customer

You can now clone a quote to the same customer. Simply use the clone button on the quotes tab and the system will create am exact replica for you. 

Clone  a quote to another customer

You can now clone a quote to another customer. Simply navigate to the customer you want to create the new quote for, click add quote and select 'create from and existing quote'

Enter the full reference number of the quote you want to clone, the reference number is found on the top of the quotation already created 

Specify your new start date, the system will create a new quote for you with the start date you specified.

Click Create


Create a product from a quote

If you have a specific quote and would like to save this as a product in Product Manager, you are now able to do this. Navigate to the quote and select create product. 


Create a product Name 

Create a product Code - Can be bypassed 

Create a start Date 

Click on create 

This will then drop into your product manager



Quote Content (Free HTML blocks)

This will need to be enabled on your quotes if required, but this will basically allow you to drop any content onto your quotes that you wish. It might be a sales banner, reasons to book, testimonials or something specific to that quote as your sales agents will have full control of this content too.

Click Add Content 

Save 

You can update content if needed 

Destination Content Manager

We have built a dedicated section for you to begin to build out content which is linked to a destination. This content lives under business tools and provides admin users with the ability to create content, or alternatively, you can use TProfile content as it evolves. We are also looking to link to third party providers for some of this content in the coming weeks. We have created the following types: (If you require others, please let us know)
    • Attraction
    • Event Space
    • Game Reserve
    • Golf Course
    • Lake
    • Landmark
    • National Park
    • Ocean
    • River
    • Ski Resort
    • Stadium
    • Tour
    • Wedding Package
    • Wedding Reception
    • Wedding Venue
     

Your sales agents will be able to pull this content into their quotes using the 'Linked Content' tab on a quote itinerary.

*Please note, if you have a custom quote template then these won't automatically pull through as we have to enable them.

Inbound emailsYou can now configure emails which are sent via TProfile and replied to by your customers to be pulled back into TProfile. We can also set up trigger notifications so you get notified. This will need to be configured on an individual basis so please get in touch if you want us to set this us for you. 
Delete a customer

You now have the ability to delete a customer. You can do this on the customer page.

A warning box will appear for you to confirm you wish to delete the customer and all date will be permanently lost 


Click on delete Customer 



Bookings & Documents

You can now convert a quote to a booking.  This will enable you to see

Add all passengers into the GUESTS Tab 


Click onto 'QUOTES'

Click BOOK


A book quote box will appear and you need to select the price option required 


Click Save 

Click the TAB 'bookings' 

The quote has now converted into a booking which will enable you to edit, update status and add a payment for your records and much more 

  • We strongly recommend a dedicated training section to use this component 



Document Template

You can now add on your own document template 

Click on: 'Business Tools' then 'Document Template Manager'

Loyalty Points

You can now create Loyalty points and save them within the ‘Customer details. 

The point of us implementing the Loyalty option is to give our customer an option to start a point system to attract and keep happy customers who buy your products and help drive revenue. Reward you customers and they tell their friends and colleagues about your offer, too which drives referral traffic and word of mouth marketing. 

  •  Customers 

  • Click on Loyalty Points 

  • Add Record 

  • Add loyalty box 


  • Enter the number of points - this can be what you decide is best for your company

  • Example: 100points = £1 or 500points = £5 

  • Add a description and click Add - this can be a number of reasons Example: repeat customer, customer joined the newsletters, referrals 

  • Once entered this will drop onto the line below  

  • Every time you add points this will add up automatically 

  • View the points in red on the top line  


  • To deduct points open the loyalty box and put a minus in front of the amount -200 and reason and click add 
  • The amount will automatically be deducted from the total amount   




Balance Due Date 

In the price options section, you can now add in a balance due date 

 

Hand Luggage Only 

You can add on under 'Flight Component' hand luggage only option 

  • Select the tick box for hand luggage only
  • Select the hand luggage allowance
  • Click save 


  • When the checkbox is ticked it will state 'HAND LUGGAGE ONLY' and in brackets how much allowance 


  • When the checkbox is not clicked it will state 'Baggage Allowance' with the allowance
