Details

Clone Quotes

We have added the option to clone an existing quote within an enquiry, using th 'clone' button. This will duplicate the quote and use a new URL so it remains unique from previous quotes.

Bug fix on image delete button

Delete button didn't previously work but is now fixed.

Auto cleansing of edits

Edits created to cruises that have sailed will now be auto cleansed from the database.

Luggage allowance on quotes

When creating a flight component in a quote you can now add luggage allowance. This is an optional field and title will only show ion quote if populated.

Flight return - default date

When creating a 'flight return' on a flight component within a quote, the arrival date will default to match the departure date. This is consistent in the following places: Quotes, Cruise edits' Cruise Packages

'Package Price' in Edit quote Price Options

'Package Price' has now been added to type dropdown within price option edit.

Price Option - More info bug and visibility

In the price option, the 'more info' now saves correctly. This is designed for internal notes only and dose not show on quotes.

Email and quote tracking

We have updated our tracking to show in the history if and when a customer has opened a mail and also clicked on a quote link. The information will appear within history as an 'event' link within the 'type' column. This will also indicate times and device types used.

Increase visible hotels in quotes dropdown

Accommodation on new components previously only showed nine hotels when you start typing. This has now increased to 20.

Reverse depart and arrive

On cruise itinerary we previously displayed the 'depart' and 'arrive' in wrong order on legs. Similarly on the first leg it was showing 'depart' and 'arrive' and should only show 'depart' and on the last leg it shows 'depart' and 'arrive' and should only show 'arrive'. This has now been corrected.

Cruise Edit – view button

Similar to the packages we have now added a  'View' button next to the edit.
