How to add an email layout to TProfile

The purpose of an email layout is to allow businesses and brands to have more than one layout for their emails. So for example if you wanted to send a quote but had a number of brands or branches the layout manager could be used to create a layout header and footer to wrap around the template. To add a new layout in TProfile:

  1. Log into TProfile admin section with an admin account

  2. Under business tools select ‘email manager’

  3. Click ‘layouts’

  4. Click ‘add email layout’

  5. Give your new template a name

  6. Create your layout. This window supports both full HTML and basic plain text, you must enter both remembering that the plain text window should just be text only.

  7. Remember to include [CONTENT] tags to both HTML and plain text to ensure the content is pulled through

  8. Save your layout
