How to add an email template to TProfile

Your email templates are totally customisable, they’re easy to set up and change. In order to create a new email template:

  1. Log into TProfile admin section with an admin account

  2. Under business tools select ‘email manager’

  3. Click ‘add email template’

  4. Give your new template a name, select its type, layout and subject

  5. Enter your message. This window supports both full HTML and basic plain text, you must enter both remembering that the plain text window should just be text only.

  6. Both windows support all template tags. A full list of these is here:
    Document Template Placeholders
    all you need to do is insert the placeholder tag where you want the relevant information to appear and it will be pulled in dynamically.

  7. Save your template
