Transferring quotes into Products
From quote page option
Only can be done by admins
Click into an enquiry
On quotes, click on the quote that is already been created and on the tab to the left click on ‘CREATE PRODUCT’
You will see a box pop up
You have three options to find correct quote Name, Reference or Start date
Under Business Tools
Select ‘PRODUCT MANAGER’
The quote has been duplicated as a product under Product Manager for further use
Transferring an existing quote into a new quote using the same details
New customer
Add an enquiry
Customer profile
Quotes
Add new quote
On quote builder you will now have four options
Create a holiday quote
Create a cruise quote
Create from a product
Create from an existing quote
Click on create from an existing quote
You will have two option to add in Existing quote reference from the quote you wish to add and the date required
This will pull in the quote and the agent can edit
To delete any products that have been created
Under Business Tools
Select ‘PRODUCT MANAGER’
Click the tick box on the side
Click on edit details and click delete
