How Do I Add Destination Content?

TProfile provides a vast library of content, this content isnt exhaustive and while we make every effort to continually expand and improve the content its not always possible for us to have existing licensed content for every destination. Where a destination does not exist in our system please reach out to use via a ticket to create that destination in our system, once that destination exists and for others that already existed but require content (description and images) to be added please follow the following steps.

  1. From your admin menu select Manage > Destinations.

  2. Content is organised by country, then region/city/resort. You may overwrite any existing content with your own which TProfile will then use within your quotes and products.

  3. For any destinations which are empty you may add a description via the “Overview” field. This is the main field info is pulled from but you may add as much information as you wish in other fields (Greyed out fields aren’t editable).

  4. Gallery images may be added via the Gallery images tab (The required dimensions for gallery images are 1200 x 750). Images should be optimised for the web to avoid excessive load on servers and optimised user experience.

  5. Finally save the destination via the save button at the bottom of the overview tab.

  6. There may be a maximum of 15 minute caching interval for the content to update.
