How to use Global Banners in ‘Cruise Manager’

How to get there: Dashboard⮕ Business Tools ⮕Cruise Manager 

What does global banner results enable you to do? 

Marketing 

• Control global marketing on individual cruises by adding certain criteria and ordering the priority in which different marketing banners should be applied.  

• The marketing banner is applied to a cruise in the order below starting at the top and working down. 

• You can upload an image e.g. Added value banners direct from the cruise line, Feefo, or a flash offer. these will fall either left or right of the page.  

Click on ADD BANNER  

• Select the banner type you wish to show either ‘image’ or ‘Text’ 

Open

Example: This setting illustrates how you can add text, this will open another box  

• Overview – add your required offer 

• Select – Region, Operator and Type, you can just pick the one option  

• Restrict banner application for cruises departing between certain dates 

• Restrict banner application between certain dates – when the offer ends  

On the example you will see: 

Overview - Visit dream destinations with drinks and gratuities included! 

Region – Mediterranean 

Operator – MSC Cruises 

Type - Ocean 

Start and end date – 01^st July 2022 to the 31^{st of} October 2022  

Open

• Once added the offer will drop below and you are able to edit, update or delete 

• When the offer is added it will show on the view cruise page on the website – the location of the offer can be discussed with the TProfile technical Team    

Example: This setting illustrates how you can add an Image, this will open another box 

Same details as above but you will need to add an image rather than a text  

• ‘Mobile banner Image’ for images when viewing on a mobile phone  

• Choose a file or drag into the banner image box and click add once all other fields are completed  

• The offer will drop below    

 Once the offer is added it will show on the view cruise page on the website – the location of the offer can be discussed with the TProfile technical Team
