A customer is the top level of data in our platform, each customer has their email address and login details that should be unique to them. Once a customer record is created you’re able to create enquiries. An enquiry is a child record of each customer and each customer could have many enquiries, allowing you to have a complete history of your customers travel history, payments, comms, documents, all in one place.
