How to use the customer tab on TProfile

Users can

  • Change the customer details when required.

  • Contact Preferences.

  • View Enquires.

  • View Bookings.

  • Add loyalty Points.

  • Add Notes.

Here is how >

  • Select the customer tab at the top of the dashboard.

  • In the search Option - search for the customer by Name, email, or telephone number.

  • Once selected click on VIEW.

Detail

  • Change, add, or update the customer details and click on update.

Contact Preferences

  • GDPR Preferences, this only applies if you have the customer portal, giving the ability to manage business marketing preferences.

Enquiries

  • Click on view and this will take you to the customer enquiry.

  • The red dot will show how many enquiries have been made.

Bookings

  • Click on view and this will take you to the customer enquiry to view any booked quotes.

  • The red dot will show how many enquiries have been made.

Loyalty Points

  • Add Record.

  • Enter an amount set by the company example: 500 points is worth five pounds.

  • Enter the reason for the points.

  • Click ADD.

 

  • The red dot will show how many points.

  • You will get a log of all the points created.

  • To delete points, put a minus sign next to the amount -500.

Notes

  • Add a note about your customer example: Gluten Free or Low Floor only {only the user can see the notes, not the customer }

 

Tip

  • On customer, you can also add a new customer.

  • This way can be used if you want to add a client without creating an enquiry straight away.
