How to Create a holiday quote (TProfile Lite Client)
Adding a Customer to TProfile
Access TProfile:
Navigate to the live version of TProfile.
Add a Customer:
Select ‘All Enquiries’ from the top navigation menu or on the dashboard.

Access the Quotes Tab and Add a Quote:
On the specific enquiry page, locate and click on the ‘QUOTES’ tab. Then, click ‘ADD QUOTE’ to begin creating a new quote for this customer.
Select Quote Type in Quote Builder:
On the quote builder page, choose ‘Create a holiday quote’ and proceed by clicking ‘Next’.
Edit the Itinerary:
After selecting the quote type and proceeding, you will reach the itinerary section. Here, you can make necessary edits to the itinerary details as required.
Edit the Top Edit Box:
In this section, you can adjust the following details to tailor your quote:
i. Title - Give your quote a descriptive name to distinguish it.
ii. Number of Passengers - Specify the total number of passengers for this quote.
iii. Overview - Provide a summary that can be used creatively to enhance your quote and personalize it for the client. While both the title and overview are optional, they can significantly enrich the quote and strengthen the client relationship.
Adjust Price Display:
You have the option to change how prices are displayed. Choose between:
i. Per Person - Display prices individually for each person.
ii. Total Price - Display the total price for the entire booking.
Select the preferred option to suit your quoting needs.
Adding Components to the Quote
Add New Components:
Click on the ‘NEW COMPONENT’ button located just above the itinerary section.
How to Add Flights
Add Flights:
Click Flights and choose ‘TProfile’.
i. Quick Quote:
For a quick quote, simply enter the departure and arrival airports and the dates. Then, save the quote.
ii. Full Quote:
For a comprehensive quote, enter all relevant details such as carrier, class, etc., and then save the quote.
iii. Add Return Flight:
To add a return flight, tick the ‘CREATE RETURN FLIGHT NOW’ checkbox. This will reverse the departure and arrival airports. You will still need to enter the other necessary details.
iv. Luggage Allowance:
Enter the amount of luggage or manually type the luggage allowance.
How to Add Accommodation
Add Accommodation:
Click on Accommodation.
i. Select Accommodation:
Enter the name of the hotel. Use the drop-down boxes to select the required provider or countries.
You can now search phrases using speech marks (EG "GOLDEN PALACE HOTEL")
ii. Preview and Add:
If desired, preview the accommodation details before adding them to the quote. Then, click ‘ADD TO QUOTE’.
iii. Add Your Own Accommodation:
Use the ‘ADD YOUR OWN’ option to add your own hotel details. Note that you cannot add images in this section.
Provide a summary that can be used creatively to enhance your quote and personalize it for the client. If you copy and paste text into the overview box, always paste as plain text.
Change Images:
If you need to change the images, select Images. Drag and drop the desired images into the top two sections. Click Save to apply the changes.
Adding Additional Components
Additional Components:
You can add these additional components to your quote:
Cruise: Enter details freely, suitable for mini cruises.
Miscellaneous: Free text entry.
Car Hire: Enter pickup and drop-off locations, details
Transfers: Similar setup to car hire.
Attraction Ticket, Excursions, and Escorted Tours: Free-text entry
Rail: Use dropdown for departure and arrival points, then freely enter other details
Using ‘What’s Included’
Edit ‘What’s Included’:
To modify ‘What’s Included’, follow these steps:
i. Click on ‘What’s Included’.
ii. Add free text in the available box for each item.
iii. After adding each item, click ‘ADD’.
iv. Once you have added all necessary items, click ‘SAVE’ located in the bottom right corner.
Managing Components:
Every time you add a new component using ‘NEW COMPONENT’, its details will automatically appear in ‘What’s Included’.
You can leave these details as is, edit them, or remove them as needed.
Use drag-and-drop functionality to reorder items in ‘What’s Included’ according to your preference.
Using ‘NEW PRICE OPTION’
Edit the Price Panel
Click on ‘NEW PRICE OPTION’ to modify the price panel.
i. Edit Price Option:
Change the name of the cabin/accommodation, add a deposit and due date, and enter the price. If applicable, you can also add a discount.
ii. Adding Pricing Items:
To amend or add pricing details, click ‘ADD’ under pricing.
Only one line of pricing is used on this template. Enter the price in the far left column and select the ‘type’ from the dropdown menu.
If applicable, add a discount and indicate whether it should be shown to the customer. You can also add a reason for the discount, which is for office use only and will not be visible to the customer.
Adding Content Box
Add Content Box:
Click on ‘Add Content Box’.
Select Content Type:
Click on the dropdown box and choose from three options:
i. Text or HTML:
Use this free-type box to add any extra offers or information. You can input text or raw HTML.
ii. Images:
Select an image from TProfile destination list, your company's File Manager, or add a URL from an external source.
iii. Video:
To add a video, use the embed link. On platforms like YouTube, go to Share > Embed and use the provided link. Supported video formats include YouTube, Vimeo, .mp3, and .mp4 videos.
Finalize Your Quote:
Review your quote and make any final edits as needed.
Copy and Share:
Scroll to the top of the quote.
Copy the link via Public view or click on the grey button.
Paste the link into your agent email to send to the client or utilize TProfile's email system by clicking ‘Send to Customer’.
