Dashboard (TProfile Lite Clients)

The dashboard shows top-level figures relating to enquiries and quotes. These figures are cached for 15 minutes.

Total Enquiries
- All enquiries where the status is not defined as an excluded status filtered by agent and dates if specified
Total Live Enquiries
- All enquiries where the status is not an excluded status and the status is a live status filtered by agent and dates if specified

Figures are taken from Quotes associated with the enquiry with a status of Draft or Live
Has three figures available to use Minimum, Maximum and Mean. This is a setting against the dashboard component, the default is Maximum.
The pipeline is calculated using figures provided on a quote where the enquiry has a live status and is filtered by agent and dates of specified.
It takes either the cheapest, most expensive or mean price of a quote and uses this figure to represent the pipeline value for that enquiry. It then sums all of these to get the figure displayed on the dashboard.

Filter: quotes by status: deleted, draft, live, booked.
Search: by the quote reference number
View by: Quote reference, Title of the quote, Recent feedback, Status, View count.
Action: view enquiry or view quote

Filter: Booked , possible or declined
Search: by the quote reference number
View by: Quote reference,Clients name, feedback response { book or amend }, more information { feedback message}
Action: view enquiry or view quote
