How to use TProfile to advertise on social media
Tip: Create a new enquiry that you only use for advertising on your social media platforms
Example:
Name- Social Media
Email address- use a personal or admin account, not your agent email – no need to add any other details {only the required boxes}
You can add notes next to each quote created to keep a record of the engagement {Advertising purposes - Facebook}
Once created you have two options
Option One
Select the enquiry you set up
Click ‘ADD QUOTE’
Used the required holiday type on the quote builder
In the box with the name click ‘EDIT
There is now an additional layout option called social media
Select this option
Title your advertisement
Add an overview
Leave adults and children blank
Build up your Itinerary like normal
We have removed the feedback box
Click on the shared link at the top of the page and copy and paste it into the social media post
****To shorten the URL you can use someone like BITLY.COM - https://bitly.com/
Create your post on social media like normal, and add the URL
Below is a Facebook post
Option two
If you have created a quote for a customer that you would like to advertise on social media, you can:
Copy the reference from the customer quotes
Go on to the enquiry you set up for social media
Click on ADD QUOTE
Click on CREATE FROM AN EXISTING QUOTE
Enter reference and date of departure and click create
Change the layout option to social media
Then follow the next steps in option one
