How to create a cruise-only quote with additional components. (TProfile Lite Clients)
This function enables you to incorporate additional components into the itinerary, such as flights and hotels.

Access the Itinerary: Navigate to the itinerary section of your quote.
Edit the Itinerary:
Look for the button labelled 'NEW COMPONENT', positioned just above the itinerary.
Click on 'NEW COMPONENT' to begin adding or modifying itinerary components such as flights and hotels.
Adding Flights as New Components
To add flights using TProfile and manage them effectively, follow these steps:
Quick Quote:
Click on Flights and select ‘TProfile’.
Manually enter dates and times for a quick quote.
Use drop-down menus to specify departure and arrival airports.
Click Save.
Full Quote:
For a comprehensive quote, enter all flight details such as carrier, class, etc.
Click Save to finalize.
Luggage Allowance:
Specify whether the quote includes luggage allowance or if it's hand luggage only.
Additionally, you have the option to freely type in the luggage allowance, providing customers with more detailed information about what is included in their travel package. This flexibility ensures clarity and meets specific customer preferences regarding luggage handling during their journey.
Return Flight:
Check ‘CREATE RETURN FLIGHT NOW’ to add a return flight.
It will use the same departure and arrival airports in reverse.
Ensure all details for the return flight are entered before saving.
Destination Information:
Opt to ‘SHOW DESTINATION INFORMATION’ to include banners and destination content automatically. (Tip 1).
This feature enhances the quote with additional context and details.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage flight components within your quote, ensuring accuracy and completeness for your customers.
To add accommodation as a new component:
Click on Accommodation.
To search for accommodation options:
Select Hotel Provider:
Use the drop-down box to choose the desired hotel provider from the available options.
Select Country:
Use another drop-down box to specify the country where you wish to find accommodation.
Search by Hotel Name:
Manually enter the title or name of the hotel you are looking for into the search field.
You can search for specific phrases using speech marks (e.g., "GOLDEN PALACE HOTEL") to refine your search results when filtering hotel options.
After selecting the required hotel, follow these steps:
Preview the Hotel:
Preview the hotel details before adding it to the quote.
Add to Quote:
Click ADD TO QUOTE to include the selected hotel in the itinerary.
Manually Enter Dates and Times:
Enter the specific dates and times for the accommodation.
Select Room Details:
Choose the number of rooms needed, room type (e.g., double, suite), and board basis (e.g., bed and breakfast, half board).
You also have the option to freely type
Add Additional Rooms:
If booking multiple rooms with different types (e.g., double and suite), click on ‘ADD A ROOM’.
Overview Content Adjustment:
The selected hotel's content will automatically appear in the overview section.
You can edit or remove this content as needed (Tip 2).
Save Options:
Click Save or Save and add another to finalize the hotel selection and details in the quote.
All other components
Here's how you can handle various components in your quote:
Cruise
Widgety Integration: Pull in a cruise directly from Widgety.
Manual Creation: Create a cruise by adding each leg individually. This method is ideal for mini cruises (Tip 3).
Miscellaneous
Free Type: Manually add other options needed, such as Airport Lounge access.
Car Hire
Manually add car hire details, including pick-up and drop-off locations and vehicle type. Use the overview section to include extras like car hire insurance.
Create separate entries for drop off and pick up : This is only available on the initial creation. If ticked two entries will be created. Both can then be edited separately.
Transfer
Manually insert transfer details.
Attraction Ticket
Manually insert details about attraction tickets.
Excursions
Manually insert details about excursions.
Escorted Tour
Manually insert details about escorted tours.
Rail
Manually insert rail details. Use drop-down boxes for departure and arrival stations.
These steps cover the process for adding various components to your quote, ensuring flexibility and detailed customization to meet your customer's travel needs.
Finalizing and Sending the Quote
Review Your Quote
Thoroughly check your quote and make any necessary final edits.
Send the Quote to the Customer
Scroll to the top of the quote.
Click on SEND TO CUSTOMER to use the TProfile email system.
Alternatively, copy the link via Public View and paste it into your agent's email to send to the client.
Tips for Managing Quotes Effectively
Managing Destination Information:
When using ‘SHOW DESTINATION INFORMATION’, be mindful that if you've included a return flight, it may automatically add the arrival airport back to the UK. You can edit the flight details and untick this option if needed.
Paste as Plain Text:
When copying and pasting text into the overview box, ensure formatting consistency by right-clicking in the overview box and selecting ‘paste as plain text’. This prevents unwanted formatting issues.
Cruise Quotes from Widgety:
If pulling in a cruise from Widgety, note that cabin details may not be automatically included. It's advisable to create a separate cruise quote to ensure all necessary details, including cabins, are accurately reflected.
