How to create a task.
What are TASKS > Task is a reminder to complete a job
Example:
Call a customer at 15.00 to get their passport details
Call a supplier to book an airport lounge for your customer
A good task description should include:
A brief overview
An achievable timeline
The roles and responsibilities of each team member if being assigned to another agent
Here is how >
Click on the customer's enquiry
Click on ‘Tasks’
Click on ‘ADD A TASK’
A pop-up will show you details to add
TASK NAME - A brief description of the task { Call Cautomer}
PRIORITY > HIGH > LOW> MEDIUM { use the drop-down box}
DUE DATE > Date to be completed
DUE TIME > Time to be completed
ASSIGNED AGENT > Use the drop-down to assign to another agent else leave blank
DESCRIPTION > Further information can be added here
Click ‘SAVE’
How to action
Tasks are on your dashboard under ‘Total' or ‘Due Today'
Select this will take you to ‘YOUR TASKS’
OR
Click on ‘TASKS’ in the top navigation bar
Filter by > Active > Priority > Date > Search > Due Date
On the customer select the tick box
Complete > Task completed once selected, a pop-up box will show
Are you sure you want to mark this task as completed?
Select cancel or Ok - the task will be removed
View > View the description of your task
View Enquiry > View the actual customer enquiry
Tip
You can complete or task via the customer enquiry > history
