How to log on to TProfile

• A user account will be created within the TProfile version.

• An email will be sent automatically.

• The email will contain a URL link to log in and create a password.

• Once created, the system will ask you to re-enter the password and username.

Open

• Then login

The email notification to create a password will expire, please take action immediately

If the email notification does expire, follow the below instructions:

• Ask a manager or admin to provide you with the URL link and your username.

• Click on the link, then click 'FORGOT MY PASSWORD'

• Another box will open to enter your username.

• Click submit

• An email will be sent with the URL to create a password.

• Once created, the system will ask you to re-enter the password and username

• Then login

Your homepage is called DASHBOARD if you do not see this, please contact your manager.
